Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, experience, reporting methods, and pricing. A good home inspection requires work, effort, and experience.

If you hire me to inspect your home, I guarantee I will give you my very best effort and put the work required into a thorough report. I will report my findings clearly and honestly. I do not have a vested interest in the outcome of the sale, so my findings are impartial and non-biased.

I have performed over 5000 inspections
I have over 20 years in the construction industry
Experienced in home construction, renovation, maintenance, and repair
I was a pool inspector for one year
